Panels & Workshops

Panels and workshops provide an opportunity to discuss and learn from peers and learn new skills. All our upcoming panels and workshops relevant for Principal Investigators are included below.

Researcher Realities bring together panels of researchers providing opportunities for open and honest discussions around the many challenges and realities of being a researcher. Researcher Realities events are researcher led and can include a range of topics and a range of researchers, from postdocs to professors.

Workshops provide opportunities to develop skills in particular areas and a chance to discuss and learn from peers in a supportive environment. They are typically half-day interactive workshops and are delivered either on campus or online. 

The IAD already provide a range of tailored workshops, advice and other opportunities for academic research staff. These are aimed at research staff but are relevant for and open to PIs as well.
